政策7.3：基金会和对基金会的捐赠

定义

阿诺卡-拉姆齐社区学院基金会：根据美国国税局法规501(c)(3)合法成立的私人非营利组织，并得到总统的正式认可，以支持有益于库恩拉皮兹校区的项目和活动。

剑桥社区学院基金会: A private, non-profit organization legally incorporated under IRS statutes 501(c)(3) and officially recognized by the President to support programs and activities that benefit the Cambridge Campus.

安冈工业大学基础： 根据美国国税局法规501(c)(3)合法成立的私人非营利组织，并由总统正式认可，以支持有利于Anoka技术学院校园的项目和活动。

行政支持: May include the use of college employees, equipment, and facilities that are needed to carry out foundation policies and authorizations. 基金会董事会负责管理其财务资源，包括授权筹款策略，为学院及其学生的利益制定资金使用预算，以及制定投资政策。

政策

The President will contract with each foundation in accordance with the 明尼苏达州董事会政策8.3 and 过程8.3.1. 该合同将由系统办公室批准，并将概述允许的服务、不允许的服务、基金会资金的处理以及董事会政策中概述的其他要求。

报告

Within six months of the close of the foundation’s fiscal year, each foundation will provide annually to the college and the system office a copy of its most recent financial report filed with the attorney general pursuant to Minnesota Statue Ch. 309. 年收入低于35万美元的基金会应至少每三年提交一份外部财务审计的副本。

接受捐款

The President may receive and accept donations 我代表学院 and/or the 基金会(s) and will clearly elicit from the donor which entity is the intended recipient of the gift. The 基金会 may receive and accept donations 代表基金会. 除非捐赠条款另有规定，基金会应当确定捐赠的用途。 Donations of real property to the college require Board approval prior to acceptance (see 明尼苏达州董事会政策7.7).

征集

基金会以外的任何个人或团体代表学院募捐、销售商品或任何其他筹款活动，都需要事先得到校长的书面批准。
